Founded in 1971 in North Battleford, Battle River Law is an established, full service law firm, providing high quality legal services to Northwest and Central Saskatchewan for over 50 years. Founded by Don Woloshyn (QC) in 1971, the firm has grown from a sole practitioner to a mid-size firm of 4 lawyers and 12 support staff and articling students.

Battle River Law is one of Northwest and Central Saskatchewan’s largest, longstanding, and respected firms and is proud to serve our diverse range of clients. We take pride in providing big city service, with small town common sense. Our lawyers are personable, effective and ready to provide you with efficient and timely legal services.

Currently, the firm has three partners, Aaron Friedman, Michelle Spence, and Thomas Fransoo. We believe in serving and contributing to our community and many of our lawyers and staff spend their time on for-profit and non-profit boards, volunteering with local community organizations and being actively involved in public affairs.
